The space

This beautiful, brand-new townhome is just minutes from the charming Briargate area of Colorado Springs. Upon entering, you’ll be captivated by the warmth of the luxury vinyl plank flooring that extends throughout the main level. Our guests will enjoy an open concept living area with sofa, chaise and Xfinity Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We have designed the space with you in mind, so you will have everything you need to enjoy the most relaxing stay possible. We can’t wait to host you!

PARKING & ENTRY

There is parking for two vehicles in the garage as well as free street parking for additional vehicles. Access the home via convenient keyless entry. The home is equipped with central heat and AC for your comfort.

LIVING AREA

The open concept living area features a comfy couch, coffee table, 2 end tables with coasters, and a 55-inch G-TV so you can browse and log into apps like Netflix and Hulu to stream your favorite shows over blazing fast wifi. There is an electric fireplace inviting you to relax and revel in the home’s cozy ambiance.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and stocked with all the necessary tools to craft the meals you love(or maybe just coffee!) during your stay. The cabinets and drawers are labeled to help you easily find what you are looking for. There is a Keurig Mini coffee maker, and we provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and sugar free sweetener.

There is a stainless-steel refrigerator with freezer and filtered water tap, and I provide a few complimentary beverages and snacks for you to enjoy. There is a range, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, waffle maker, electric skillet and a dishwasher.

There are pots, pans, bakeware, baking sheets, cutting board, a strainer, knives, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, slotted turner, ladle, spatula, tongs, a masher, peeler, oven mitts, potholders, kitchen towels, a can opener, bottle opener, wine opener and wine stopper. There is an array of spices to make your meal preparation a breeze.

DINING

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area welcomes you to savor your creations. It boasts a glass top dining table with 4 chairs, and there is an island with eat-in bar and stools as well. There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs water and wine glasses.

BEDROOMS

Ascend to the sanctuary of the upstairs, where you’ll find the primary suite offering a tranquil retreat, complete with a queen bed and an ensuite 4-piece bath designed to melt your stresses away. Two additional spacious bedrooms await, one furnished with a full bed and the other with a twin. All are outfitted with brand new, comfortable mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort.

Each room comes equipped with nightstands, lamps (some with USB ports), a device charging station, a dresser, and a closet with plenty of hangers. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, and a spacious glass shower with rainfall showerhead and tile surround.

LAUNDRY

There is a washer and dryer, and we provide a few complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener pods. There is an iron and ironing board. There are some cleaning supplies such as Windex wipes, a Swiffer, broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, and a vacuum.

OUTDOORS

The home has a cozy front porch with a table and two comfortable chairs for enjoying the Colorado evenings.

EXTRAS

Your devoted host is always at the ready to furnish anything else you may need that you don’t find on the premises. Moreover, for an additional fee, indulge in luxury extras such as in-house massages, home-cooked dinners, and other services—all designed to make your stay truly exceptional.

Guest access

Guests will have complete access to the entire home including the 2-car garage.

Other things to note

SMOKING: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana) inside the home. Odorless vaping is acceptable and allowed.
